John C Alexander

John C. Alexander and Catherine S. Alexander or Archibald were living at 7 St Bernard’s Row when their daughter was born on 11 May 1954.¹ They were listed at 7 St Bernard’s Row in the 1956 and 1957 electoral registers.² They then moved to 9 Magdalene Gardens.³

John Cameron Alexander was born in Edinburgh on 25 June 1929, son of Thomas Cowan Alexander and his wife Jean Miller.⁴ He died at East Calder on 11 November 2018.⁵ He married Catherine Sheila Archibald in 1953.⁶

Catherine Sheila Archibald was born in Edinburgh in 1930, daughter of Thomas Archibald and Christina Flora McPherson.⁷ She died at East Calder in 2017.⁸
