Cyril R. Ozard

Cyril R. Ozard and his wife Edith H. Ozard were registered electors at 7 St Bernard’s Row in 1945.¹ They did not appear again in Edinburgh’s electoral register. In 1939 they were recorded in Southampton.²

Cyril Richard Ozard was born at St Helier, Jersey on 31 December 1908, son of quarryman John Henry Ozard and Alice Louisa Woodward.³ In 1939 he was a foreman plasterer.⁴ He died at Southampton, Hampshire on 28 September 1981.⁵

Cyril Richard Ozard married Edith Helena Foott on 20 September 1927.⁶ She was born on 17 June 1906, in Jersey daughter of Adolphus Foott, a waiter, and Annie Obrien.⁷ She died at Southampton in 1976.⁸
