In 1851 Agnes Dalrymple was a house maid in the household of James Lawson at No. 4. She was born in Edinburgh on 16 January 1821, daughter of Peter Dalrumple and Agnes Anderson.

In 1851 Marion Duncan was a house maid in the household of Frances Ronaldson at No.3. She was born at Bathgate on 17 August 1829, daughter of Robert Duncan and Catherine Auld.

Barbara Banks was a servant at No. 9 Malta Terrace in 1841, aged 25 years. She was born in Scotland.  

Margaret Watson was a servant at No. 8 Malta Terrace in 1841, aged 20 years.
