      Andrew Cardno in the parish of Old Deer was a member of the Epsicopal Church of that parish. He married Giles Shirrell or Shirrald on 14 August 11695 (Old Deer Ep Ch Reg). On 3rd April 1696 he was at Little Crichie; on 28 December 1698 he was in Pitfour, and on 6th August 1700 he was in Aden.
